Originally from Brazil and with over 20 years in the UK, I’ve helped people from all walks of life overcome emotional struggles, break through limiting beliefs, and create meaningful change. My own journey—from moving countries to balancing the many roles of being a mother, daughter, sister, and friend—has taught me the power of resilience, adaptability, and inner strength.

Now, I bring that same understanding into my therapy sessions, offering a safe, judgment-free space where you can be heard, supported, and empowered to move forward.

I hold a Master’s in Health Psychology, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, and a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I’m also a BACP Accredited Member, ensuring that my practice meets the highest professional standards.
